Delete your Eloquent account
You can permanently delete your account directly in the app. The action is available to every signed-in user and does not require contacting support.
Delete in the mobile app
1. Open Eloquent and sign in.
2. Open Settings.
3. In Danger zone, choose Delete account.
4. Review the warning and choose Delete permanently.
If you cannot access the app
Email us from the address registered to your Eloquent account. We will verify the request and complete it within 30 days.

What is deleted
Your authentication account, email association, profile, skill level, learning progress, review history, streaks, and server-stored preferences are deleted. User-specific cached learning data is cleared from the device when the in-app flow finishes.
Limited retention
Limited copies may remain temporarily in provider backups or security logs until those systems complete their normal retention cycle. We do not keep deleted account data for advertising.
